Payment Policy:

To secure the reservation a deposit of $ 100 per person is required. Group bookings require a deposit
of $ 500. The remaining amount is charged 30 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation policy:

Deposits are non-refundable

56 - 28 days prior to arrival:  25% of the reservation is non-refundable
28 - 14 days prior to arrival:  50% of the reservation is non-refundable
14 - 1 day(s) prior to arrival: 75% of the reservation is non-refundable
